The company was formed by long time Las Vegas entertainer Rob Garrett. For years Rob was aware that there were some agents and company leaders who served as "middlemen" were charging clients exorbitant amounts of money and taking huge percentages from the unaware performers, thereby cheating them out of deserved income. Rob made a promise, since he was an active performer himself, that he would strive to virtually eliminate these "middlemen" thereby saving the client money but still making sure the entertainers got what they deserved.
